Adin Ross Set To Interview Kanye West, Twitch Streamer Tweet Explained
Ye – formerly Kanye West, is expected to next meet Adin Ross, the Twitch creator.
Nick Fuentes shared the news first. Fuentes is an apparent advisor to West’s presidential campaign and has also been called a white supremacist, anti-Semite, by The Anti-Defamation League.
Fuentes stated that the team had lined up an interview for Ross and other Jewish figures based on footage discovered by Kurrco, a Twitter user.
Fuentes stated, “We want people to disagree with us.” “We want Jewish people be a part.
Who is Adin Ross?
Ross, a 22-year old Twitch and YouTube star with over 10 million subscribers between the two platforms, is currently 22 years old.
Ross was born in Boca Raton in Florida and he currently resides in Los Angeles. Ross became famous for streaming himself playing Grand Theft Auto 5 and NBA 2K20 – sometimes with his sister Naomi Ross as well as Bronny, the oldest son of NBA star LeBron. He’s recently changed his content to allow guests to join him on blind dates.
Ross, who identified as Jewish, called West one his favourite artists during an October livestream. However, he also condemned West’s racist and harmful rhetoric about Jewish people.
Ross is not a stranger to controversy.
According to gaming outlet Dexerto, Ross was temporarily banned from Twitch in April 2021 after a guest used homophobic slurs on his stream.
Ross was banned from Twitch again days later, for using hateful symbols or slurs. This is according to screenshots of an email he received from the company.
Ross denied knowing the reason behind the second ban. However, some suggested that it was because he used the same homophobic slur. In June, Ross’ account was reinstated.
Ross was also criticized for an interview with Andrew Tate, a kickboxer and reality TV star, which he did. Tate was banned from Facebook, Instagram and TikTok because of his misogynistic remarks. Ludwig Ahgren and other Twitch streamers felt Ross didn’t do enough to respond to Tate’s offensive comments.
Others expressed doubts that Ross would be capable of challenging West’s views.
Hasan Piker tweeted, “Stay on your fuckin’ lane.” He shared a clip where Ross was unable to pronounce “fascism”, and claimed not to know the meaning.
Insider reached out to Ross’s and West’s teams for comments.
Although a date has not been set for Ross-West’s sitdown, West’s recent media tour was quite lengthy.
West left Pool’s podcast last week after Pool reacted to his antisemitic comments. West spoke out about his love for Nazis on “InfoWars” while falsely claiming Hitler invented the microphone.
