Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants
The 9-4 Dallas Cowboys will go to New York City on Sunday to play the hapless New York Giants.
The Cowboys are almost guaranteed to win the NFC East, but they must keep winning to keep their chances alive of receiving a first-round bye in the playoffs.
In contrast, the Giants’ season is almost certainly finished, but they still want to end strong because their jobs are on the line for the 2022 season.
Check out the Giants and Cowboys’ injury report and starting lineup ahead of this divisional matchup:
Dallas Cowboys vs. New York Giants injury report
The main development is that quarterback Daniel Jones will not play on Sunday due to an injury. For the Giants, quarterback Mike Glennon will be in the pocket.
Due to an ankle injury, guard Ben Bredeson is definitely out for the game on Sunday. Three additional Giants players are doubtful to face the visiting Cowboys: defensive linemen Leonard Williams and Austin Johnson (foot) and wide receiver Sterling Shepard (calf).
All three players took part in practise only to a limited extent on Friday; whether they play or not will probably depend on the outcome of the game.
Tyron Smith, the Cowboys’ star offensive lineman, won’t play because of an ankle injury.
Running Tony Pollard’s ability to play against the Giants is in doubt because of a foot problem.
