Anupamaa actor Aashish Mehrotra pens a heartfelt note as his father passes away

2021 is also turning out to be a bad one for everyone just like last year. We have been hearing so many bad news this year as well and here is another one. Anupamaa actor Aashish Mehrotra’s father has passed away. Aashish who plays Toshu in the show shared the news on social media. He shared a video of happy moments with his father and family. He also penned down an emotional note along with this video. He wrote, “My uncomfortable hugging champ..You may have left me on the outside for the world….but on the inside you are even more close … & this more will never be enough…Our bodies may have parted ways…but soul’s will never….I am sorry for being selfish here…”Aap sirf mere papa ho..” My lines to you…I know you haven’t left me..papa..Just…”

Udit Narayan on Shravan Rathod’s death due to COVID-19: I wish he had not gone to the Kumbh Mela

Renowned composer Shravan Rathod, of the popular Nadeem-Shravan duo, died on Thursday night at a Mumbai hospital. Said to be critical after testing Covid positive, he had been hospitalised with complications. After his death, it came to light that Shravan along with his wife had visited the Kumbh Mela in Haridwar. Upon their return, Shravan along with his wife, son Sanjeev and his brother contracted the virus. And now veteran singer Udit Narayan has blamed the Kumbh Mela for Shravan’s untimely death.

Sonu Sood tests negative for COVID-19; fans say, ‘Welcome Back Superstar’

Actor Sonu Sood has tested negative for coronavirus. The actor had told fans a week back that he has tested positive for the virus. This is indeed good news. Though he was unwell, Sonu Sood had been at the forefront of arranging stuff for everyone like hospital beds, Remidesivir and ventilators. We know the yeomen service he did for the nation during the migrant crisis. Sonu Sood arranged buses to send migrant workers back to their home towns. Now, he has been helping people in seeking assistance with treatments. Sonu Sood was the face of the vaccination drive conducted by the Punjab Government led by Captain Amarinder Singh.
