Pavia stated, “I’m at a complete loss for words and completely crushed. “You’re a bandmate, a friend, a brother. A thousand band/tour memories and stories just went through my head in a fraction of a second as I am writing this.
From recording to traveling all over the place, arguing to laughing hysterically…

Who’s Paul Stoddard?
Paul Stoddard, the frontman of Boston’s metalcore band Diecast is Paul Stoddard. He joined Diecast in 2003, and was a key contributor to their most recent records, Internal Revolution (2006) & Tearing Down Your Blue Skies (2005).
The Boston metalcore community is grieving the loss of one of their own. Paul Stoddard, a member of Diecast, has died. Paul succeeded Colin Schleifer in Diecast’s role as vocalist in 2003.
Paul was given the difficult task of replacing Colin Schleifer as frontman, but he achieved success due to his ability to sing with beautiful soulful melodies. The band’s website states that negotiations to reunite the group began in the early 2021.
