Fly By Jing, the viral hot sauce brand, recently expanded its portfolio with the introduction of the new Chili Crisp Vinaigrette. The brand is beloved for its modern Asian food and is the highest-funded craft food project on Kickstarter. The Chili Crisp Vinaigreet is a Sichuan mother sauce and is crafted with a precise balance of salt, fat, acid, and heat. The sauce is rounded out with nutty roasted sesame oil and finished with a touch of sweetness.
“It was the at-home recipe for Chili Crisp Vinaigrette I shared with Sam Sifton featured in the NYT that catapulted Fly By Jing into mainstream awareness back in 2020. A balanced elixir of soy sauce, 10-year aged black vinegar, a touch of sweetness and the unmistakable depth of Sichuan Chili Crisp,” said Jing Gao, Chef and Fly By Jing Founder and CEO.
The Chili Crisp Vinaigrette will retail at $16 and will be available beginning October 4th, 2022.
