The cast of Cold Case also includes Aditi Balan, Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli, Anil Nedumangad, Suchitra Pillai, Athmeeya Rajan, Gibin Gopinath, and Pooja Mohanraj. The film is directed by cinematographer-turned-filmmaker Tanu Balak and written by Sreenath V Nath.
