Microsoft to proceed talks to purchase TikTok from ByteDance

Microsoft Corp stated on Sunday that it will proceed discussions to accumulate fashionable short-video app TikTok from Chinese language web large ByteDance, and that it was aiming to conclude the negotiations by Sept. 15.
The corporate made the assertion following a dialog between is CEO Satya Nadella and U.S. President Donald Trump. It stated it will be sure that all personal information of TikTok’s American customers is transferred to and stays in america.
