Former Meghalaya governor Tathagata Roy, who has expressed his want to return to lively politics in West Bengal, on Sunday stated that he desires to rejoin the BJP inside a few days.

Mr Roy, a former West Bengal BJP president, had earlier stated that he’s keen to just accept any function the occasion entrusts him with.

“I’ll meet the state president (Dilip Ghosh) with regard to my becoming a member of the occasion, which I anticipate to do inside a few days,” Mr Roy stated on the NSC Bose Worldwide Airport in Kolkata after arriving from Shillong.
