Rest in Peace Master Technician- Veeru Devgan: Bollywood has been mourning the loss of Veeru Devgn, father of Ajay Devgn, who left for his heavenly abode at the age of 85, on Monday, 27th May. Also known as a fabulous human being and a master technician, Veeru Devgn has made the entire Bollywood industry sad. The news of his death was broken by trade analyst, Taran Adarsh on Twitter.

Reason for death

Senior Devgn was reported to be suffering from age-related issues for a really long time. According to numerous media reports, Veeru Devgn had been admitted in the hospital after he complained of breathlessness in the morning. However, he suffered a cardiac arrest and breathed his last in the hospital itself. The last rites of Veeru Devgn were performed in Vile Parle West Crematorium, where a number of members from the Bollywood town were responsible for paying their last respects to senior Devgn.

As soon as Bollywood received the news of the death of Veeru Devgn, they started making their appearance in his house one by one for paying their last respect to the veteran actor. It can be rightly said that the entire industry of Bollywood was responsible for visiting the residence of Ajay Devgn.

Inconsolable Kajol

According to sources, when Ajay Devgn and his other family members were taking Veeru Devgn away for his last rites, Kajol was inconsolable. However, both Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were with her and consoled her during her immense grief. Kajol broke down in Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s arm and was responsible for expressing her grief after the loss of her father-in-law. Kajol was extremely close to Veeru Devgn, and it seemed impossible for her to accept the demise.

Work front of Veeru Devgn

Veeru Devgn was an ace choreographer as well as assistant director and he was well known for the work he had done in almost eighty Hindi films. Right from the movie Shahenshah to Khoon Bhari Maang, he had done an exceptional job. In the year 1999, he was also responsible for directing a film, Hindustan Ki Kasam. He also introduced Ajay Devgn in Bollywood with the movie Phool Aur Kaante. The work he had done was praised by almost each and everyone in Bollywood. It is obvious that Bollywood has lost one of the finest directors.

Family

Veeru Devgn is currently survived by his spouse Veena Devgn, his two sons, Anil and Ajay Devgn and also, his two daughters, Neelam, and Kavita Devgn. The entire family is mourning the loss of Veeru Devgn, who was a fine human being as well. Recently, he was also present in the screening of his son’s movie, Total Dhamaal.
